Transmitter left at the flying field on Tuesday 5th April

If you were flying at the field on Tuesday and using a Futaba transmitter, check to see if you have it, because Bob Ryan found one after everyone else had gone. If you discover its yours get in touch with Bob and he will reunite you with it.
New shelter foundations dug today

John Veasey and Bob Ryan spent the day the field today with a man and an excavator. We are now ready for 14 metres of concrete, so the shelter won’t blow away again. We now need to find a cheap concrete supplier and fix another working day to get the concrete poured.
This Saturday 2nd April (Postponed from 19th March)

Organisers for the F5B competition which is taking place at the field in July with be at the field this Saturday doing some test flights and marking out the circuit. So there will be some disruption to normal flying.
