April Club Night at Pedham Place

Main feature of last nights club night at Pedham Place was a talk by ex member Justin Wells, which was a very informative and entertaining presentation about his diverse career as a pilot of both fixed wing and helicopter aircraft in the Navy, on oil rigs and now flying a police helicopter.

Justin aided his talk with a very high quality powerpoint presentation showing the aircraft he has flown accompanied by some interesting facts and features which from the reaction of the members was not previously known or understood by many. He also showed a video of police action showing actual police chases from helicopters with lots of internal shots of the helicopter which gave a better understanding of the capabilities of the machines when tracking criminals.

Brilliant fun evening which I for one was glad I did not miss.
