Generous Gift.

At the electric event at the field on May 8th, new member Peter Mears who is the treasurer of Corsair MFC handed the committee a cheque for £1,185.86. The Corsair club is unfortunately closing and the clubs funds have been distributed amongst the clubs that the Corsair members went on to join. The Bickley committee would on behalf of members, like to thank the Corsair club for the generous gift to the club funds.

Bickley members will be aware that since we stopped the Guy Fawkes firework night party at the field, the club has donated £300 annually to the Kent Air Ambulance. This year in light of the gift from the Corsair club the committee has decided to increase the amount to £500.
