Tuesday June 13th Club Night and Barbecue.

Excellent warm evening with little or no wind. Jon Young had several flights with his 1/4 scale SE5a flying at impossibly low speed and almost zero height which was most entertaining. Lots of other interesting models and flying including a particularly watchable display by Paul Privett with his large electric helicopter.

The barbecue was as usual excellent and thanks go out to John and Lynne spending the time to do all the shopping and setting up, also Malcolm for manning the tongs most of the evening.

The only down side was that the numbers were down on usual turn out, I could not work out any reason for it, but be assured if you didn’t come you missed a great evening.
