Sunday 26th September at The Field
Weather at the field today was not as good as forecast but the fairly small number of people who turned up seemed not have any trouble with the wind and whilst I was there it did not rain. Bill WheelerClub Secretary

Turbine flying commencement.
Just to let you know that the fields around the strip have now been ploughed, and so turbine flying can once again commence.
August Bring & Buy and Scale Day Report
Despite the rather uncertain weather forecast, the A2 being shut and other events being on, weekend events at the field went rather well and several people commenting that they’d had a good time. Field Closure Tomorrow 10th August
Sorry for the short notice, but it was a last-minute opportunity. The field will be shut tomorrow at least until late afternoon as a contractor will have a machine on site cutting back the hedges on the lane. When we see what we end up with, we may continue with the work party on Saturday. […]
Turbine Flying Cessation.
Due to the crop growth around the strip, turbine flying will sadly need to stop from tomorrow (14th July). Apologies for the inconvenience.
