Club Meeting at the field last night

Bit of a chilly wind, but well attended. John Veasey did sterling service on the BBQ and cooked just about everything that the had brought. 32 burgers and numerous sausages. all served up with buns, salad and cheese, together with a good selection of soft drinks.

New member Paul Baggott did his induction with Steve Brett and several new members were there for a fly and a burger.

Taylor, the youngest of the Veasey family members (nice to have three generations as members) pulled off some very smooth landings with a light foam model in quite a high wind, which had some of the experienced flyers wondering if they could have done as well.

All in all a very enjoyable evening despite the weather not being ideal.
