FIELD CLOSED FRIDAY 6TH MARCH

Following on from previous emails, the works being undertaken at the field by Fisher German are now completed, with the exception of turfing over the trench. This was held off due to concerns that it was actually too wet to undertake, which says something about just how wet our start to the year has been.

The turfing will take place this Friday 6th March. As a result, the field will be closed all day to allow a quick operation by the contractors. After that, everything should be largely unnoticeable from the previous condition, but please do give the newly turfed grass a wide berth until it is fully established.

The field will be open as normal from Saturday 7th March for flying activities.
